The FitRight Pregnancy workout is a safe yet challenging pregnancy workout, designed and instructed by Women’s Health Physiotherapist and FitRight founder Taryn Watson.
The complete workout runs for 45 minutes, but is divided into sections so you can do as much or as little as you like on any given day depending on how you feel.
This beginner friendly workout will lead you through a variety of exercises and stretches that will help to:
- Optimise your posture
- Optimise your flexibility
- Strengthen your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles
Safe to do at any time during your pregnancy as you have a medical clearance from the health professional who is looking after you.
