  • The early weeks and months after having a baby can be overwhelming, but there are so many little things that you can be doing to improve your recovery and return to exercise. FitRight’s postnatal rehabilitation video series, called ‘The First Six Weeks’ is ideal to watch in late pregnancy and/or early after birth, and covers topics including:
    • How to help the recovery of your Pelvic Floor and Abdominal muscles
    • Maintaining good posture while feeding, lifting and carrying
    • Specific advice for vaginal birth and caesarean birth recovery
    • Gentle stretching and strengthening ideas
    The five videos range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes in length and can be conveniently watched on your phone or tablet with subtitles to allow you to learn without disturbing your baby.
  • The FitRight Pregnancy Education video series is a summary of everything that Women’s Health Physiotherapists wish that all expectant Mums knew. Topics in this 15 minute series include:

    • Abdominal Muscle Separation in Pregnancy
    • Pelvic Girdle Pain
  • The FitRight Pregnancy workout is a safe yet challenging pregnancy workout, designed and instructed by Women’s Health Physiotherapist and FitRight founder Taryn Watson. The complete workout runs for 45 minutes, but is divided into sections so you can do as much or as little as you like on any given day depending on how you feel. This beginner friendly workout will lead you through a variety of exercises and stretches that will help to:
    • Optimise your posture
    • Optimise your flexibility
    • Strengthen your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles
    Safe to do at any time during your pregnancy as you have a medical clearance from the health professional who is looking after you.
