FitRight offers Pilates-style Studio Fitness Classes and Aqua Fitness Classes for women at any stage of pregnancy. These classes are an ideal option for keeping fit and pain free during your pregnancy. All our classes are safe, Physio-led and rebatable on private health insurance. Please note that an initial assessment with a Physiotherapist is a pre-requisite.

The next six week course (course two 2020) begins the week of the 24th February and online bookings are now OPEN.
