FitRight offers Pilates-style Studio Fitness Classes and Aqua Fitness Classes for women at any stage of pregnancy. These classes are an ideal option for keeping fit and pain free during your pregnancy. All our classes are safe, Physio-led and rebatable on private health insurance. Please note that an initial assessment with a Physiotherapist is a pre-requisite.
The next six week course (course three 2020) begins the week of the 6th April and online bookings are now OPEN! Due to Coranavirus COVID-19 health precautions, we have added many online course options throughout the week with a great variety of times available for your convenience, so that you can maintain your Physio-led exercise regimen from home. We are also maintaining many of our studio classes, with the assurance that our FitRight Physio Instructors will be exercising safe social distancing and hygiene precautions.
