FitRight offers Pilates-style Studio Fitness Classes, Aqua Fitness Classes and Online Fitness Classes for mums with babies and young children of all ages. These classes are ideal for mums wanting a pelvic floor friendly exercise option. All postnatal fitness classes are safe, Physio-led, and rebatable on private health insurance. Please note that an initial assessment with a Physiotherapist is a pre-requisite.

Suitable for Mums with babies approximately 6 weeks to 12 months old. These classes offer Baby Massage & Developmental Play as an optional extra.

Baby&Me Aqua

These aquatic fitness classes are suitable for Mums with babies approximately 6 weeks to 12 months of age. These classes offer Baby Pool Play as an optional extra.

New Mums Online

FitRight New Mums Online is a beginner to intermediate level mat class aimed at promoting optimal posture, flexibility and strength, with a specific focus on abdominal and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.
