FitRight offers both Pilates-style Studio Fitness Classes and Aqua Fitness Classes for mums with babies and young children of all ages. These classes are ideal for mums wanting a pelvic floor friendly exercise option. All our classes are safe, Physio-led, and rebatable on private health insurance. Please note that an initial assessment with a Physiotherapist is a pre-requisite.

Fitness Classes for Mums

New Mums Online

FitRight New Mums Online is a beginner to intermediate level mat class aimed at promoting optimal posture, flexibility and strength, with a specific focus on abdominal and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.

Ladies Online

FitRight Ladies Online exercise classes are beginners to intermediate level, for women of all ages seeking a challenging, but low-impact workout.

Baby&Me Studio

Suitable for Mums with babies approximately 6 weeks to 12 months old. These classes offer Baby Massage & Developmental Play as an optional extra.

Toddler&Me Studio

Suitable for Mums with children approximately 6 months to 5 years of age. Younger siblings welcome.

MumTime Studio

These higher level classes are run in the evenings and are suitable for Mums with young children of any age (from approximately 6 months of age).

Baby&Me Aqua

These aquatic fitness classes are suitable for Mums with babies approximately 6 weeks to 12 months of age. These classes offer Baby Pool Play as an optional extra.

MumTime Aqua

These higher level aquatic fitness classes are run in the evenings and are suitable for Mums with young children of any age (from approximately 2 months of age).
