FitRight offers both challenging, but low-impact, Pilates-style Studio Fitness Classes and Aqua Fitness Classes for women of all ages. These classes are ideal for those ladies wanting to keep fit and strong, and to optimise their heart, bone and pelvic floor health. All our classes are safe, Physio-led, and rebatable on private health insurance. Please note that an initial assessment with a Physiotherapist is a pre-requisite.
