FitRight offers both Pilates-style Studio Fitness Classes and Aqua Fitness Classes for women. These classes are ideal for women wanting to keep fit and strong during menopause and to optimise heart, bone and pelvic floor health. All our classes are safe, Physio-led, and rebatable on private health insurance. Please note that an initial assessment with a Physiotherapist is a pre-requisite.
